1. WHERE ARE YOU BASED? 

Micriu is a small family business. We operate in lovely Jefferson County, New York. Our passion for photography and preserving memories drives everything we do. We believe that every photo tells a unique story, and our mission is to help you capture and cherish those special moments in a lasting way.

2. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is fulfill you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by sending a email to hello@micriu.com We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

3. HOW CAN I UPLOAD MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME PHOTO?

  • Click the “Add photos” button and select the photos you like from your device. Crop them if needed.
  • To add more copies of an already uploaded photo, simply click the “Add photos” button again and reelect the same photo. Repeat this step as many times as needed

4. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

5. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT?

Inspect your order upon reception. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, take photos and contact us immediately at hello@micriu.com with your order number, product name, and photos of the defect.

6. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be given.We'll ensure a replacement is issued for any damaged or faulty items.
